TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you know which items you require E-mail or Fax you oder to us and we will respond with a total price with post and packing included.

Ways to Pay

1: Send a cheque for the amount.

2: Pay through Pay-Pal via your e,mail address to ours.

3: Pay direct into our Bank Account.

4: Pay by Credit Card through a secure server.

Once payment has been received and cleared goods will be shipped out to your delivery address. Delivery is within 3 Working days (normally next day) dependant on the time the order placed .All deliveries require a signature this safe guards both parties involved.

All products are correct as of the 8th January 2011, any discrepencies or price change after this date are liable to change. Should any item not be available a replacement will be offererd for your approval prior to delivery. 

All orders either in part or in whole are accepted on the basis of these terms and conditions in their entirety, unless such other terms and conditions are agreed in writing by Sprinkler Irrigation Systems Ltd.

Minimum Order: Orders cannot be accepted below a minimum value of £10.00

Delivery Charges: Carriage will be charged for the weight of the item to the Mainland. However, when a special delivery requirement is applicable we reserve the right to charge any extra-ordinary costs subject to prior notification.

References: References will normally be required for customer’s wishing to open ledger accounts, showing details of bank accounts and three main suppliers currently used.

Returns: Any returns made by the customer to Sprinkler Irrigation Systems Ltd should be adequately packed. If returned goods are damaged due to bad packing we will be unable to issue a credit.

P.O.D.: Proof of delivery requests must be made within 14 days of our Invoice date.

Specifications: All descriptions and measurements given are approximate and may be subject to manufacturer’s changes. We reserve the right to alter any specification, product or price without notice.

Pricing: All offers are made subject to goods being available. Whilst every endeavour will be made to maintain prices quoted the right is reserved to invoice goods at prices ruling at the date of despatch. Sprinkler Irrigation Systems Ltd. reserves the right to increase any prices in the price list without notification. Any installation costs will be quoted separately according to the circumstances applicable.

Claims: All packages must be examined before signing the carrier delivery documents. If it is impractical to examine the delivery, the delivery documents must be clearly marked signed for unexamined. Any evidence of pilferage, breakage’s or short deliveries must be communicated within three days. Written confirmation may be required and in such circumstances no claim will be entertained, unless such written confirmation is received.

Goods Ordered in Error and Cancelled Orders: Goods ordered in error or cancelled orders by a customer will, on return, be subject to a minimum £15 handling charge. Non Stock items orders in accordance with a customer’s requirements may only be returned with the approval of the manufacturer and will be subject to an additional handling charge and within 7 days.

Faulty Equipment: We will endeavour to supply only goods of the appropriate standard for use. In instances when the manufacturer has produced faulty goods we cannot accept responsibility for any costs incurred. Every effort will be made to (i) ensure the manufacturer carries out suitable repairs if appropriate or (ii) ensure the manufacturer replaces faulty goods with those of the correct standard.

Retention of Title: Title to goods supplied will not pass to the customer until payment has been made in full. Any risk to the equipment will pass to the customer as soon as delivery has been made. Failure to pay the price of goods in full will give Sprinkler Irrigation Systems Ltd. the right to take possession of the goods and to avail itself of any legal remedies including an auction to recover the value of any payments outstanding and any other sums due including the costs of legal action.

Overriding Terms: Our terms and conditions override those stipulated by a customer except when a written agreement has been formed to that effect.

Credit Limit: If you exceed your credit limit, your account will be temporarily put on Stop until the account balance has been reduced sufficiently to allow continuation of business.

Quotations are subject to prices ruling at the date of despatch.

Quotations do not imply the granting of credit facilities.

Carriage is extra on all deliveries.

The ownership of the goods supplied remains with Sprinkler Irrigation Systems Ltd. until full payment has been received.

Site visits are charged for from leaving and returning to base.

Any risks to goods supplied will pass on delivery.
